I personally have never come across a full on Twitter attack and neither have my clients (thankfully), but that doesn’t mean that it can’t happen! :)

These are really great tips. I love that you mention responding on the same platform. A lot of businesses try to wiggle out of it by trying to DM them privately and be all like, “Please email me your problem and we’ll get it resolved.”, that’s not a good way to do it. They responded to you publicly, you should do the same.

    Great advice, yet again. :)

      Hi Morgan,

I hope that you and your clients won’t ever have to face one, but I’ve known a few brands who have, and these simple tips can go a long way!

Great point about not sending a DM… especially one that suggests they contact the company “directly” – that never works out well for the brand under attack.

Thanks for yet another great comment :)
