There have been countless social media crises that have resulted due to a poorly devised social media marketing strategy or campaign – so you’re spot on there!
It’s a frightening thought to think of your now clients as your competitors’ clients – something worth preventing and protecting, along with your brand image, credibility and bottom line. A social media crisis plan should be at the TOP of every brand and organization’s to-do list, ideally before they begin to market on social media, but if not, then no time is too soon!
