This girl is going to exert more and more influence as time go’s by ! Thanks for the info! At Social Media Heroes we tell all our clients about the importance of having a SMC Plan. The Social media agency’s that understand the importance of crises management now, will still be around later because guess who gets blamed when a crisis happens… that would be the marketing team, then your clients become your competitors clients no matter how good and likable your ceo or sales team are. Thanks

      Jessie!

Thanks for the great comment – and compliment!

There have been countless social media crises that have resulted due to a poorly devised social media marketing strategy or campaign – so you’re spot on there!

It’s a frightening thought to think of your now clients as your competitors’ clients – something worth preventing and protecting, along with your brand image, credibility and bottom line. A social media crisis plan should be at the TOP of every brand and organization’s to-do list, ideally before they begin to market on social media, but if not, then no time is too soon!

Thanks for taking the time to leave your thoughts, Jessie! And for watching my interview :)
