    Hey Melissa!

It’s great to see someone using the term crisis management. For 20 years as a political communications consultant we dealt with crisis managment. Now I’m doing offline consulting and the term has suddenly changed to reputation management. I think crisis management says it so much better.

In my opinion and experience, not only does it say it much better, but the two are separate services and needs. Often crisis management entails reputation management, but that doesn’t make them the same – so Im totally with you on this, Joelin!
